Initially, the lease on our house in Pucang Gading was about to expire, so my wife and I decided to start looking for a new rental far in advance. Why didn’t we just extend our current lease? There were several reasons, one of which was the unreliable water supply that made us uncomfortable living there.
To cut a long story short, we began Googling to find a rental home that would suit our small family, considering three key factors: price, facilities, and environment.
We surveyed more than five houses in the East Semarang and Mranggen areas. However, one house stood out due to its stunning surroundings—Kanaya Land 6. We were fortunate to visit one of the houses there in the late afternoon, and the beauty of the sunset welcomed us, leaving us in awe.
