“BALONG WATERPARK” is located in Yogyakarta and is the first waterpark in the city offering the most complete range of attractions. Located east of Yogyakarta, specifically at the Kotagede ring road intersection heading east, then south until reaching the first gas station, the location is relatively easy to reach and not too far from the city center of Yogyakarta. It’s open from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and unfortunately, we arrived there an hour before closing.
Ticket prices are quite affordable, only Rp. 20,000 for adults and Rp. 13,000 for children, while the parking fee is still standard at Rp. 1,000.
In my opinion, the facilities and environment are pretty decent for enjoying a day there. However, there’s no facility with a water depth of 2 meters, which might feel a bit odd for those of us who prefer swimming in deeper water.
